As a Facebook Group Moderator for the BGMF Main Community, you help maintain the integrity and culture of our 120,900+ member space. You review posts, enforce guidelines, and ensure every woman who enters feels safe and welcomed. This is a volunteer, unpaid role. Time commitment: 3–5 hours per week. We personally read every application and respond within 2–3 weeks.

Non-Compete Agreement
While serving as a BGMF Facebook Group Moderator and for 12 months after your role ends, you agree not to: (1) create, moderate, or admin any Facebook group, online community, or platform that targets Black women for friendship, sisterhood, or social connection that could compete with BGMF; (2) use BGMF member lists, community insights, or internal information to recruit members to any competing community; or (3) solicit BGMF members to join any other sisterhood, friendship, or community platform you are affiliated with.

By submitting this application you confirm all information is truthful, that you are an active BGMF member, that you understand this is a voluntary unpaid role, and that you agree to the non-compete terms stated above. Submitting does not guarantee placement.
