The BGMF Grown & Global 35+ group is a 27,100+ member subgroup for Black women 35 and older. As a moderator, you help maintain the culture, approve content, enforce guidelines, and make sure this space stays exactly what it was created to be — warm, mature, and intentional. This is a volunteer, unpaid role. Time commitment: 3–5 hours per week. We personally read every application and respond within 2–3 weeks.

Non-Compete Agreement
While serving as a BGMF Grown & Global 35+ Moderator and for 12 months after your role ends, you agree not to: (1) create, moderate, or admin any Facebook group or online community targeting Black women 35+ for friendship or sisterhood that could compete with BGMF or the Grown & Global subgroup; (2) use member data, community insights, or internal group information to build or promote a competing community; or (3) solicit Grown & Global members to join any alternative sisterhood or friendship community you are affiliated with.

By submitting this application you confirm all information is truthful, that you are an active BGMF member, that you understand this is a voluntary unpaid role, and that you agree to the non-compete terms stated above. Submitting does not guarantee placement.
