The Onboarding Specialist manages the volunteer pipeline for BGMF. When new Chapter Leaders, Coordinators, or Hosts are selected, you send their welcome emails, share resources, track their onboarding progress, and make sure no one falls through the cracks. This is a volunteer, unpaid role. Time commitment: 3–4 hours per week. We personally read every application and respond within 2–3 weeks.

Non-Compete Agreement
While serving as a BGMF Onboarding Specialist and for 12 months after your role ends, you agree not to: (1) use volunteer contact information, onboarding data, or internal processes to benefit any competing sisterhood, community, or organization; (2) replicate or repurpose BGMF's onboarding systems, templates, or volunteer management processes for any other organization without written permission; or (3) solicit BGMF volunteers to join or work for any competing community or platform.

By submitting this application you confirm all information is truthful, that you are an active BGMF member, that you understand this is a voluntary unpaid role, and that you agree to the non-compete terms stated above. Submitting does not guarantee placement.
