The UGC & Content Coordinator collects user-generated content from the BGMF community — travel photos, meetup recaps, member testimonials — and organizes it for use across our social media platforms. You are the bridge between real community moments and our brand story. This is a volunteer, unpaid role. Time commitment: 3–4 hours per week. We personally read every application and respond within 2–3 weeks.

Non-Compete Agreement
While serving as a BGMF UGC & Content Coordinator and for 12 months after your role ends, you agree not to: (1) use BGMF member photos, content, or creative assets for any competing brand, community, or personal project without written permission; (2) share or sell community content collected on behalf of BGMF to any third party; or (3) use insights, trends, or data gathered through this role to benefit a competing sisterhood, travel, or Black women-focused community brand.

By submitting this application you confirm all information is truthful, that you are an active BGMF member, that you understand this is a voluntary unpaid role, and that you agree to the non-compete terms stated above. Submitting does not guarantee placement.
