The Welcome Committee is responsible for greeting new BGMF members, answering their initial questions, and making sure every woman who joins feels immediately seen, valued, and like she belongs. You are the first impression of sisterhood. This is a volunteer, unpaid role. Time commitment: 2–3 hours per week. We personally read every application and respond within 2–3 weeks.

Non-Compete Agreement
While serving as a BGMF Welcome Committee Volunteer and for 6 months after your role ends, you agree not to: (1) use your access to new BGMF members to recruit them to any competing sisterhood, friendship, or community platform; (2) share new member information or contact details outside of approved BGMF channels; or (3) direct new BGMF members to any alternative community you are affiliated with during the onboarding process.

By submitting this application you confirm all information is truthful, that you are an active BGMF member, that you understand this is a voluntary unpaid role, and that you agree to the non-compete terms stated above. Submitting does not guarantee placement.
